    I'm obsessed!

    The strawberry Irish Sea Moss Gel is very smooth tasting. The most noticeable thing for me is the energy I have during the day. Around 9:30 pm I start to feel tired. I can definitely tell the difference if I forget to take it. I haven't been measuring it out, I just have a big spoonful in the morning. Sometimes I add it to my oatmeal.
