    Nicely worth it

Exceptionally clear signal. Easy assembly. Easy installation. Just figure out where to point it and you'll get a digital quality TV experience. ABC, CBS, NBC, and all your locals. Well worth $50.

    Cheap, effective, and lightweight.

Setup about 60 miles away from tv towers, with a channel master preamp at the antenna. I went from about 40 channels one a XXXX style antenna to over 90 on this yagi. Im now getting stations in from nearly 100miles away that I was never getting before. The antenna it's self was easy to set up and is lightweight but seems rigid enough. The pole mount is meh, cinched it down a ton to keep it from moving. The antenna comes with a good mount point though that should fit on a lot of pole sizes.

Does the job excellent even 50 miles out - uncomplicated assembly

I'm about 50 miles from the broadcast towers in Sac, and after mounting it and aiming it properly, I'm getting all major channels clearly, including FOX. Picture quality is solid and the signal has been stable. I'm receiving over 80 OTA channels, including all major networks and a lot of sub-channels.

Fantastic db gain for a very compact inexpensive design

This antenna had sufficient gain to pull in a low power digital station broadcasting on Channel 8. Previously I was using a very old but large Channel Master antenna from the old analog days. The old antenna is over 108 inches long but would not pull in this low power channel from the mounted position in the attic. The new Five Star pulled in the channel despite if there is snow on the roof or the roof is clear. I went from 54 channels received on the old antenna to 65 channels received. One of the channels I now get is channel 13 which is the opposite way the antenna is aimed. So the reflectors must do a good job of concentrating the radio waves into the pickup active collectors. This antenna is well worth the $50 price tag and performs very well with the J tube mount that allowed me to place it higher up than the old antenna. I also have a Televis pre-amp as I am feeding to TV's through about 100 feet of coax cable to each TV input. Assembly took about 15 minutes with the written instructions and the video for reference.

FAQs

Are Five Star antennas good?

Yes, Five Star antennas are highly rated for their strong directional reception capabilities. They feature multi element Yagi designs and upgraded smart chips that effectively capture both VHF and UHF frequencies for high definition viewing.

Is there an indoor TV antenna that really works?

While compact indoor antennas work well close to broadcast towers, larger versatile antennas like this model can be installed inside an attic. This placement provides significantly better clearance and signal acquisition while keeping the hardware hidden.

What is the actual maximum range of this TV antenna?
