  2. Mix the colorant and developer in the applicator bottle.
  3. Apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair, starting at the roots.
  4. Leave on for 30 minutes, or extend up to 45 minutes for resistant gray hair.
  5. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear, then apply the after-color conditioner and rinse again.

    For me, this is it.

    I was hesitant to try Garnier Olia after reading some mixed reviews, but I'm really glad I gave it a chance. I've been coloring my hair at home for years, and finding a blonde shade that works well with my naturally dark ash-blonde hair has always been a challenge. Many dyes leave it looking too brassy, so I was pleasantly surprised by the results with Olia. I used Medium Blonde 8.0 for lowlights and Lightest Ash Blonde 9½.1 for highlights to create a more natural, dimensional look. I applied the colors using a divided bowl rather than the included bottles, which worked well for my technique. After rinsing, I used the included conditioner, and my hair felt noticeably soft and silky. The finished color looked fresh and vibrant, while my hair still felt manageable rather than overly dry or damaged. I also appreciated the pleasant scent, since some hair dyes leave a strong chemical smell behind. The price and convenience make it a great option for maintaining my color at home, and I've already ordered both shades again for my next touch-up. Overall, I'm very happy with the color, softness, and value, and I would happily use Garnier Olia again.

    Love this product

    This does an excellent job at coloring my hair without damaging it. I took the subscribe and save option so I don't have to worry about ordering, and it puts the price at the same or less than the stores

    Works on gray/white hair

    This is the only one that has worked for me. I once tried the kind with ammonia. It took all color out of my hair and left me white headed. I am not ready for that yet. This one puts a nice medium blond color in. It does fade, but it is still blond.

    The best of ever used and I have tried them all! Nice fragrance. No drying out scalp either.

    This is the best hair dye I have come acrossed. Thee other hair dyes broke me out and caused sores on my head. The fragance is delightful. I have asthma and have no trouble breathing with this. The hair color last long and has vibrant colors. Amazing...I love it.
