  1. Mix equal parts of Herbatint haircolor gel and developer in a plastic or glass bowl; do not use a metal bowl or metal utensils.
  2. Stir thoroughly until the mixture achieves a uniform gel consistency.
  3. Apply the mixture directly onto dry, unwashed hair, starting from the roots and spreading evenly to the ends.
  4. Leave the formula on your hair for forty minutes.
  5. Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs completely clear, keeping your eyes closed.
