  1. Wash the area to be bleached with soap and cold water, then pat dry.
  2. Using the provided spatula, measure one part accelerator powder to three parts creme bleach onto the mixing cup.
  3. Blend the two thoroughly until a smooth paste forms.
  4. Apply the mixture evenly over the unwanted hair, ensuring complete coverage.
  5. Leave the cream on for ten to fifteen minutes, then remove with the spatula and rinse the area thoroughly with cold water.
