  3. In a mixing cup, mix approximately 1/4 teaspoon of accelerator powder with 1/2 teaspoon of creme bleach. 3.

  5. Apply the mixture generously over the unwanted hair, ensuring complete coverage. 5.
  6. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. 6.
  7. If hair is not completely lightened, reapply and check every 5 minutes.
