  2. Wash the area to be bleached with soap and cold water, then pat dry. 2.
  3. Measure one quarter teaspoon of accelerator powder and place it into the mixing cup. 3.
  4. Add one half teaspoon of creme bleach to the cup and mix thoroughly with the spatula. 4.
  5. Apply the mixture with the spatula, completely covering the unwanted hair. 5.
  6. Leave the application on for ten minutes, then remove with the spatula.
  7. Wash the skin thoroughly with cold water.

Creme Contains: Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Glyceryl Stearate, Isopropyl Myristate, Stearyl Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Phosphoric Acid. Accelerator Contains: Ammonium Bicarbonate.
