FAQs
Why is my Numeric keypad not working on my laptop?
Ensure that fresh AAA batteries are properly installed and that the 2.4GHz USB receiver is securely connected to your laptop. Additionally, make sure the NumLock key is toggled on, as the number keys will act as navigation arrows when NumLock is disabled.
How to connect wireless number pad to laptop?
This keypad features a convenient plug-and-play design. Simply insert the included 2.4GHz USB nano receiver into an open USB port on your laptop, and your Windows operating system will automatically configure the device within a few seconds without needing software.
