    Support your health!

    Okay, the taste is not that bad. I will say it is an unusual taste/texture as it needs to be shaken before you take the dose. It does work, but I am still new at taking it. I will try to report my results once I start taking it consistently. There is no side effects for me and digests well. I put it into my ninja creamy homemade ice cream and it tasted amazing with a dose of normal caramel syrup!
