  I have noticed a positive difference in 2 months of taking it!

  I have been taking Mary Ruth's NADH for almost 2 months and I can say I have noticed a positive difference. I take it once a day in the morning and notice more energy and less brain fog. It's not a miracle pill and I still am a tired mom but I do believe it is helping me get through the day. There is no taste, it's easy to take, and does not upset my stomach or have any negative side effects whatsoever. I have it on subscription and plan to continue taking it every day!

  Trusted Brand, Noticeable Energy Boost - Just Wish You Got More

  I've used MaryRuth's over the years, so I already trust the brand and that's what made me want to try these NADH capsules. I'm really glad I did.First off, they come nicely packaged in a small box, which adds a little extra protection and makes them feel more premium. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and I didn't experience any weird side effects, which is always a big plus for me since I take multiple supplements.What I like most is the subtle energy boost. It's not anything extreme or jittery, just a cleaner feeling of energy. I drink a lot of coffee, but sometimes caffeine alone just doesn't cut it anymore-it can feel like I'm still drained or missing something. Adding this into my routine seems to help support my energy and metabolism in a more balanced way. They seem to be effective with little to no taste or odor.From the label, I also like that it includes Niacin (Vitamin B3) to help convert nutrients into usable energy, NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) for cellular energy support, CoQ10 for additional energy and cellular function, Trans-Resveratrol (from Japanese knotweed) for cognitive and overall wellness support, Black pepper extract (BioPerine) to help with absorption.It's also nice that it's vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and nut-free, and made in a GMP facility,.The only downside for me is the value-you only get 30 capsules (a one-month supply) and it is definitely on the pricier side. But at the same time, I'd rather spend a little more on something from a company I trust than take a chance on lower-quality supplements.If you're looking for something to support energy at the cellular level, especially if caffeine alone isn't doing it anymore, this is a solid option.

  So far, so good

  So far so good. I was not sure what to expect with this, but I had been hearing great things about this company and many of its products. I like the fact they are gluten free and no GMO. You receive 30 capsules per bottle. The capsules are normal in size and somewhat easy to swallow. The are supposed to give you energy and help you to focus. This is much needed since I have enrolled back into school. I have not smelled an odor or had a taste with the capsules. It is very well packaged. honestly cannot tell if it is giving me energy or helping me to focus, but my mind is telling that it is. I usually take the pills in the morning. I have not felt any adverse effects or a jittery effect. I will try another order once this one runs out just to make sure it is working. The price seems a little steep. I feel as if this a good addition to your diet if you are needing a boost in energy and memory focus.
