    Works great

    Love this for my adhd 9 year old. It regulates him with out making him groggy. Tastes like an unconcentrated sprite. My son doesn't like the taste but doesn't mind it. Recommend giving a.m dosage because we out son has trouble sleeping if taken too close to bedtime.

    Tremendous help with focus and attention

    These drops were recommended to me to help with my mood and focus throughout the day. It's really been effective with both my mood and attention. I don't really smell an odor and it doesn't have much of a taste. I put a few drops in my coffee each work day and feel so much calmer and focused at work. I haven't noticed any side effects and it's definitely easy to swallow since there is no weird flavor. Note: it has no effect on my pain levels.

    L Theanine for Anxiety

    Love the product. It really does help with my anxiety jitters. It is tasteless and odorless. I add it in my chamomile tea in the mornings because that's when I wake up jittery. It really calms me down. Now, it may not be ideal to drink it in the morning if you work or need to be awake because it relaxes you. Since I really need it I drink it anyways. Drank it at night once (100ml in am and 100ml in pm), but I feel like I woke up more anxious than usual. I've been trying to pay attention to my body reactions. It's been working well for me but I still have good and bad days, more good than bad :)Unfortunately, The packaging was messed up though. The item was outside of the box and the box was smashed.
