I love all her stuff. I'm actually on two different face products by Mary Ruth
You know, I thought they were full of crap when they said that take an hour before bed because it's gonna make you sleep it did make me sleep. It made me sleep very well. I am seeing some results, but it could be because I'm taking a combination of the two, I'm taking the blackberry jam Which is the morning timeline. I'm also taking this for a night time and then I'm doing Dennis gross pee pads, so we shall see, and I will be posting pictures, but I'm not sure at this point which one is the most effective and yes for those who wonder this stuff tastes really good

Wonderful!
I now take my vitamins daily. So easy. Mary Ruth's and a few other supplements such as fish oil, and foods like olive oil are the only products or foods I consume that aren't 100% natural/unadulterated. Why? Because they work and the small amount of Citric Acid and Natural Flavor seems minuscule for the benefits and because I actually take them. I was SO sick of swallowing vitamins and binders and such after long term mold illness, complete pill burnout. This and the hair formula are a godsend. Oh, and I'm falling asleep 2 hours earlier than usual after years of sleep struggle. Love it!
