    Good benefits for women pregnant and not pregnant

    This stuff is good! I feel a difference in when I take it vs don't take it. It gives me more energy. After a month I noticed it makes hair all over your body grow faster and thicker. I'm talking everywhere ladies lol. Doesn't taste bad at all. Overall recommend. And it lasts a month if you're taking correct dosage. Price is up there but it's a good source of vitamins. Pregnant or not it will deliver results.
