    It functions adequately to lose then maintain weight loss

    The Twin Labs Stress B-Complex is the top B-supplement I've realized (and I've attempted a not many). Also, my nails and skin are much improved. We don't need caffeine in the morning! And on Dropy, the cost is good. The potency is outstanding - another reviewer posted the amounts in this supplement, which is highly helpful for comparing. My husband and I both take this and notice a general feeling of well being (B-complexes are great for balancing hormones/mood) and sustained energy throughout our day. I also appreciate the nice boost of Vit. I had symptoms of a deficiency (peeling lips, cracked skin on thumbs and fingers) and within a week of taking this supplement I saw a drastic change.     Good for weight loss and control
