    Taste really lovely and silky

    I've been using these enzyme caps since 2011. I wish they were in stock more commonly They are the only ones that work for me.

    Straightforward to digest and it does the job.

    I've been taking metabolife for over 20 years as an appetite surpressant . I anly take 1 a day after my morning coffee . I am 64 & take it to keep from gaining the weight back & I believe it is why i still feel 30 & can out do my husband & adult kids as far as my energy level goes .. It keeps me from eating all day long which is what I catch myself doing if I forget to take it . When I operated nights I took 1 tablet before going 2 work . I have attempted the extreme energy & it is also decent but it does make me feel a little jittery unless I stay very busy all day long . Metabolife has change several times over the years , the original was the finest . I believe it gives me the extra energy to keep busy on projects for about 6 - 8 hours especially if you get started about an hour after taking . I do not take in the afternoon or evening because it would keep me awake when trying 2 sleep . I recomend metabolife to help you lose weight & keep it off .
