    On my permanent list

    I started taking these capsules twice a day over a year ago. Several months ago I discontinued using them to see what would happen. Within a month my hair was noticeably different and not in a good way. It was thinner, more sparse, and lifeless. I began taking the capsules again, and it has taken about a month to get back on track. I will not experiment anymore. They are on my permanent list.

    Black currant seed oil

    This is the only brand of black currant seed oil that I will use. I am having trouble finding the 1000mg now. I like it because it doesn't have fillers or allergens added. It's easy to swallow and a good value for my money.

    Black Currant Oil

    I think this helps my hair. You have to take it for a couple of months to see results. I stopped taking it and noticed a difference in my hair (less) after about 2 weeks. Needless to say, I just ordered some more, and I'm currently drinking black currant juice until I get the supplement.

    Works great for hair loss after surgery or Covid19
