    Solid

I bought online this since of its affordability but after spending twice as much on a pre-workout that doesn't check all the boxes, this is my fresh brand. It did provide me with increased strength and endurance at the gym, but it didn't make my face itch like other brands. The first thing I noticed was how effortlessly it mixed with water, which I cannot say about any of the other pre-workouts that I've attempted. I really love that I was able to sleep easily that night instead of having the jitters.

Refreshing and Effective L-Citrulline Malate Supplement

I love the updated taste. NEUTRAL: * Reduction in Beta Alanine is noticed by me. This latest formula is also wonderful and as long as the pricing stays, then PRE-X is still my beloved high-dose Pre-Workout at a great benefit. PROs: * Big 15g serving sized packed with superb ingredients focused on Pre-workout and reducing DOMs. I do wish the Beta Alanine wasn't reduced from 3mg down to 2mg, because when there are days that I only want half a scoop then the 1mg just isn't sufficient for me. Huge win! But without the loss of benefits that I was feeling at the higher dose. So most reviews are talking about the previous "PRE". But if you are sensitive to caffeine and Beta Alanine, this is a fantastic worth to work with half a scoop to get 120 servings from the 60 serving deal measurements tub! NOTE: There appears to be a new product listing for PRE (non-X) with a different formula than the "PRE" that I have pictured and compared here in this review. CONs: * No cons for me. * I was troubled the changed formula wouldn't work as effectively, but it work just as great. * Taste has greatly improved with the updated PRE-X over the original "PRE" Formula. May 2023 it was called PRE and then in November 2023 renamed to PRE-X for this same product listing and the formula changed.
