    20+ pre workouts tried and this is the best.

    Been trying out various pre workouts but started using this the last not many months and it's truly the best bang for your buck. It functions properly and gives me fantastic pumps as well as having a great taste.

    I've been taking this for some months now I would say 4 1/2 to 5 months. For the caffeine sensitivity's folks!In the beginning I did not follow instructions to take half a cup to start and I took a full cup for my afternoon session in the gym, and I was awake to the wee hours of the morning lol!!My recommendation is to start with half a cup and see how you feel now in days I do morning gym, so I take a full cup appropriate away as I need that energy and it lasts me pretty much all day.As far as taste, it absolutely does have that chalky taste, which I don't mind and I also don't drink it with 8 ounces of water either. It is so good. I want to advise that it is very STRONG! I drink it with remarkably little water, maybe 2 oz just to take it in. I treasure that it has additional BCAAs in there.

    Greatest Pre-Workout That I have attempted! ( It's Good)

    I'm a mom of young children with not a lot of time to go off to the gym by myself. I add it to a glass of water and stir with my little hand-held whisk and chug the entire thing down. I don't feel jittery at all; just energized and with a boost of "let's do this!" I recommend! The flavor is not pleasant per se, but it's not the lowest. And while I do like to work out, being at place can inhibit me from getting started. I just appreciate that it's not laden with sugar or artificial sweeteners.The first time I worked with it, I got a pins and needles feeling in my fingers that I wasn't expecting, along with an remarkable burst of energy. I prefer to run or do an at-home workout anyway. I figured both were from the Naked Energy, and I then found out the tingle is from the beta-alanine and is completely normal.I've taken it 6 times in the last two weeks, about 15 minutes before I start my workout. More and more I have been needing some kind of energy-boosting supplement and I'm SO glad I discovered Naked Energy!

    Best Pre-Workout That I have tested! ( It's Nice)

    Not gonna lie, I don't usually leave reviews, but this stuff is outstanding. They have left me all feeling at least one of these: anxious, nauseous, lightheaded,not feeling a robust plenty pump, the boost of energy being too short/unstable, tasting dreadful and so on and so forth. I've been what most consider a gym rat for the past six years and I've been through no less then 20 varied pre-workouts. Seriously wonderful. I can confidently say THIS is the premier pre-workout I've ever had and I will be buying again, tastes fantastic, long and stable pump and stability throughout the workout, spotless tingles not too much not too little, I don't have a big crash after the workout, seems to be the impeccable mixture of everything. 10 out of 10 would propose!
