  Nice grade

At my heaviest, I was well over 300 pounds. It literally has NO taste. I began a remarkably disciplined weight lifting regimen in May and as of July 2, I have gained 15 pounds and am seeing sizable gains in muscle and definition. Not a solid taste, not a poor taste, just no taste. On my workout days, I split up my dosage so I'm getting half in the morning, and half after my workout. It does the job top to mix it with something sugary, like apple juice, or to add it into your smoothies. I work at a health food store which stocks quite a bit of NOW products, so after doing some research I decided to give this a try. I used about 4 teaspoons, every 3 hours, for the first week, then after that cut it down to 1 teaspoon (about 5 grams) per day. Do not attempt to drop this into your juice and stir it in with a spoon. I am a strict vegan and was finding a hard time finding safe supplements that were vegan-friendly. It's simply a naturally-occurring substance that aids in ATP production and hydrates the muscle cells (which I guess results in a slight retention of water weight). After a a handful of years of dedicated healthy eating and exercise, I was able to drop over 140 pounds. This has been a fantastic addition to my workouts and I've noticed a great difference in "burst" in my running, and a incredibly fine change in my stamina in the weight area. Also, it does not mix all that well. A blender bottle will work relatively effectively, and a blender will work even finer (I have a Vitamix and it does the trick with the protein powder and fruit too).Creatine on its own will not build muscle or sculpt definition on its own. Creatine, itself, is not necessarily a weight gain supplement, but the extra energy I've gotten from it has extended my workouts and I keep lifting more and more every week. This DID require a loading phase of about one week.

  Great product!

I've been using this Nutricost Creatine for a while now, and the results have been undeniable. No gritty texture at all.• No Fillers: I treasure that the unflavored version is just pure creatine monohydrate with zero additives or junk.Bottom Line: If you're looking for an reasonably priced, high-standard supplement that helps both your body and your brain, this is it. I did some research and found that creatine is an essential compound for brain energy. As someone who trains consistently, I noticed a clear increase in my strength and explosiveness during my workouts. I've personally appeared more "locked in" and noticed improved short-term memory and mental focus during long days of classes and training. The Quality:• Micronized: This powder is super fine and dissolves instantly in water or a shake. I've hit recent PRs, and my muscle recovery feels significantly faster.Beyond the Gym:What truly amazed me was the cognitive boost.

  Solid taste less filling

The Nutricost creatine powder is precisely what you want if you're looking for something simple, effective, and affordable. It's pure creatine monohydrate with no extras, and the micronized texture mixes easily in water or juice without getting gritty. The packaging is solid, the scoop is accurate, and the value for the amount you get is hard to beat.If you want a reliable creatine that does what it's supposed to without any fuss, this one is a excellent pick. The 5g serving size is straightforward, and with 100 servings in the tub, it lasts a long time. There's no flavor, no weird aftertaste, and it blends well into shakes or pre‑workout. It's an easy way to support strength and recovery without overthinking it.

  Packs on strength!

I appreciate that the creatine had no taste and was easily dissolved in room temperature water. It's effective and helps to boost the workout. It gives adequate energy and improves stamina.
