    I certainly recommend. Better than my premium brand.

    Easily my go-to pre-workout. It is on the higher end compared to other brands, such as Hyde or Redcon1, but you get what you pay for when choosing to jump up in price to this higher quality high-stim pre-workout. The dosing is adequate, and I feel like a titan in the gym.

    Good Pump Without the Jitters and the Crash

    So, I'll start with the bad.. Not enjoy rash itchy but I assume it's doing something to my muscles and blood flow that it's more of a tingly feeling that sort of itches.Now the good! I don't work out in the gym like I did in my younger years, I use it more for energy and endurance while I'm working but could totally see this as helpful for you gym rats out there. it makes me favor an 18 year aged again with the wife.. if she sees me drinking one before bed now she knows that things are about to get crazy. I drink this before I do weighty duty work (I'm sort of a carpenter) and it for sure gives me the energy and stamina that I need. There are some other benefits that I've found.. I've cut way back on the energy drinks since this stuff is enjoy an energy drink x10 without all the sugar and less cost. If there is anything that you feel is lacking in life and could utilize more energy, endurance, power, etc. It's like hulk juice.. This is the ticket. without being too descriptive.. it can make me jittery and sort of itchy. just be careful because you may want to smash everything the ole lady included haha

    Superb product for men who are into fitness. Nothing you couldn't get from a BCAA or EAA powder though, if you can stand the taste and texture of those. It's easier to mix those drinks than it is to mix a pill obviously, so that ended up being my preference.All in all, fair item for a acceptable rate. I did notice results. It's pretty easy to swallow these pills, but it would be pleasant if they were smaller, if possible.Didn't bothered my stomach at all. It's a precursor to other aminos and compounds that help build muscle.This particular brand was wonderful.
