  No Flavor, All Fire - Beta Alanine That Brings the Burn

  I swear by the Alani prework out! I used to employ a different popular brand, but this is a game changer for me. It's lighter tasting then I thought it would be, but has such a fine flavor profile to it that it's perfect. I bought online the Hawaiian Shaved ICE flavor and it's so yummy! I do find the select few I've gave a try aren't super sweet but sweet plenty. I do prefer the powder over the alani energy drink cans. I don't get any type of shaky feeling or upset stomachs, and I think it's due to it being less sweet than others I've had. It works highly adequately, the value point is great on these and the energy it gives = amazing!

  No Flavor, All Fire - Beta Alanine That Brings the Burn

  Ok, so I desired to wait a bit to write a review to give my full blown honest opinion. For reference I am 29 years worn, 5'6 ft in height, 150 lbs in weight and I purchased the pink lemonade flavor. It's currently 8:46am and I don't feel it anymore so I'll without doubt be taking the same dosage from now on! I recommend 100% for all the girlies who need a little boost and don't normally ingest any kind of caffeine! I started taking a little less than half the scoop with 1/4 bottle of water and IT WAS IMPECCABLE! I never drink coffee and caffeine indeed makes me feel not the best so I was a little nervous trying this; because of this I knew I was not going to utilize the full scoop. No tingly sensation, literally just woke me up and produced me feel super energized and made my workout feel astonishing! I wake up at 5am to workout and finish by 6am-6:30am and I get to work around 8am and I was still feeling it up until maybe 11am. 8/10! I applied half the 1st time but even that was a bit too much, it produced me feel tingly and it lasted until I got to work. If you feel it too much, just work with less. I wouldn't really change anything about it since you yourself can control how much you take to have the effect you want. It quite does work and it's fursure worth the payment and tastes amazeeeeeen!

  Great piece

  I'm a person who has switched between different pre-workout supplements over and over again. Upon taking it & driving to the gym, I gave the impression no jitters or uneasy feeling which is something I was used to with all pre-workouts. All the while, I hadn't been paying too much attention to what I was in fact putting in my body. The main ingredient is L-Citrulline Malate, which has been shown to improve blood levels of Arginine even improved than supplementing Arginine itself. I look forward to trying out the rest of their piece line. The rate was proper, there were no proprietary blends, and it had a great ingredient profile. Others became fragile over time as I built up tolerance to them. I was able to push my workout harder with shorter rest periods in between.Vintage Blast is an excellent pre-workout that tastes amazing, and Old School Labs has undoubtedly gained my trust as a consumer. Once I stretched out and was ready to begin excercising, the energy and focus was there. Some left me feeling too jittery, to the point whereI became nauseated & it was challenging to focus on my workout. After about 45 minutes, I still had a sustained level of energy, but would get additional "bursts" which I assume is the 2nd stage taking effect. Numerous of the pre-workout supplements on the market are not much more than an overload of caffeine and beta-alanine which gives you a temporary rush of energy, followed by a major crash. In addition, the majority of them contain proprietary blends, meaning you don't truly know the amount of each ingredient.In my search for a "cleaner" pre-workout, I was delivered across Vintage Blast. It also contains D-Aspartic Acid, a natural testosterone booster.I utilized the piece for the first time today, and seemed a world of change compared to the pre-workout supplement I was previously using.

  Superb product

  I was almost skeptical when I discovered this company; the promise of an all natural product seemed too nice to be authentic. I feel no jittery side effects when I take vintage burn. The taste is great and it really assists with reducing soreness and adding strength. Following my workouts I've been adding vintage build to my protein. With vintage blast I feel no jittery side effects either and I seem to make it all the way through without losing any momentum. 100% recommended. When I began using the products (as I purchased all three) I began to realize that the claims were undeniably true. I've only been using the products for a couple weeks now and have noticed a marked gain in strength and definition.
