    Good soy protein powder

    This is a very good soy protein powder. It is smoother and mixes well, no flavors, no sweeteners.

    Excellent soy protein

    I'm trying to diversify my protein since I'm dairy heavy at the moment. This soy protein isolate is chalky and tasteless with a faint after taste of soy. Exactly what I expected. I really appreciate how well this blends with whey in my protein shake and suppresses wind inducing foam.

    3rd party tested and easy to blend.

    This product is easy to mix for drinks or use in cooking. I have used it to thicken various dishes, soups, stirfries, stews. I put a scoop in my oatmeal every day. I'm very satisfied.

    The PERFECT protein powder

    I really don't know why soy protein isolate isn't more popular. At 80 calories for 20 grams of protein (if you do two scoops), can it get any better? And a scoop is only 1.5 tbsp, so if you use 2 scoops, it's only 3 tbsp of powder, which doesn't really affect the texture of your smoothie/drink/oatmeal etc. Other brands (the ones that are pea protein+brown rice protein) require you to use two ginormous scoops to get 20 grams of protein for a higher amount of calories and always comes with some sort of real or fake sweetener bc it tastes so bad otherwise. This soy protein barely adds any flavor. I generally use a smoothie machine to blend it. It's not a coffee creamer/ it's not fatty-it's pure protein so it will tend to clump if you try to just stir it with a spoon.I am someone who can digest tofu, tempeh, soy milk easily, but who gets very gassy from TVP/dried soy chunks etc. So in my experience, soy only causes bloating or gas if it also has its fiber. Since this is pure protein with no fiber, it causes zero issues for me. If you're someone who's had indigestion from soy, I'd still consider the possibility that it was only the fiber that caused it
