    So far so decent for a non stim pre workout.

    Before using this pre workout I could see definition in my body improve post workout but I wasn't building muscle the way I was hoping to and I was lacking the energy I had to have to absolutely push myself in order to reach my gym goals. Even the flavor is yummy! (for reference, i've been taking this for 3ish months I believe) You can also use this as a little boost for the day not just for pre workout (I take 1 scoop in this case) ! After using this pre i've been able to lift 3x the weight I could prior. I had issues with other pres and energy drinks giving me the shakes or anxiety or both lol so you can imagine how happy I am to have found something that doesn't. It's vegan, natural caffeine, tastes solid, and does what it says it will. I started off with drinking 2 scoops to see how I'd react and upped it to 3 after 2 or 3 weeks which has functioned finest for me. What more could I ask for? If you're hesitant about purchasing this just purchase it! I have all the energy I need and more to get the full workout I want without feeling sick and shaky as long as i'm not working out on an empty stomach obviously.

    So far so nice for a non stim pre workout.

    Got this piece for a recovery drink and energy. It mixes well with juice if you really don't favor the flavor. The quality is great and the packaging was good as nicely and sealed. I don't feel a gigantic surge of energy but I do notice that I don't get too low during the day. So far so fine. It doesn't give me the jitters or make me itchy. It dissolves simply and the taste is not bad. I do notice a slight decrease in appetite which is perfect.

    Excuse my heavy breathing😅 but I ran the entire time I was on the treadmill! This was my first time using pre-workout and let me tell you … it will DEFINITELY NOT be my last!!!😝 In the video I had just finished 30 minutes of running at 5.0 and speed walking at 2.5 every 2-3minutes for endurance training and did almost 2 miles (1.71) in that time.
