    Not the Same as Before...

    I've been loyal to this hair color for years, using it every 3-4 weeks to keep my grays at bay. But, over the past couple of months, I've noticed a significant decline in performance.Grey coverage used to be 100%, but now it's around 95% - leaving some pesky grays behind, no matter how long I leave it on. I've tried extending the processing time, but it just doesn't deliver like it used to.Additionally, the color fades faster now, lasting only 3-4 weeks instead of 4-5.Has the formula changed? Whatever it is, I wish they'd revert to the original recipe!
