  One of my trusted supplement brands with a well-rounded magnesium formula

  Toniiq has become one of my trusted supplement brands. I actually started buying a lot of their products after watching a third-party laboratory comparison video that tested the purity of several popular supplement brands. Toniiq was one of the brands included, and the supplement they tested matched its labeled potency while many of the other brands fell well short of their claims. Ever since then, I've felt much more confident that I'm getting exactly what I'm paying for when I order Toniiq products.This Liposomal Magnesium Complex caught my attention because it is a little different from the magnesium supplements I normally take every day. Instead of buying several separate forms of magnesium, this formula combines 10 different forms including bisglycinate, citrate, malate, taurate, gluconate, lactate, aspartate, succinate, orotate, and oxide. According to the label, each serving of 3 vegetarian capsules provides a 1,500 mg liposomal magnesium complex with 150 mg of elemental magnesium (36% Daily Value), and the bottle contains 90 capsules, or a 30-day supply.Another feature that interested me is the liposomal delivery system. According to Toniiq, the magnesium is encapsulated within a phospholipid layer (called LipoAvail®), which is designed to help protect the magnesium through digestion before it is absorbed.   Great pure and potent Magnesium Glycinate Complex.

  Toniiq Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate Complex has been a nice magnesium supplement. I like that it combines several forms of magnesium, uses a liposomal delivery system, and is third party tested. The capsules are easy to swallow, had no funny aftertaste and I haven't had any stomach issues taking them. Although, I do take them not long after I've had dinner and have food in my stomach.I've been taking a magnesium complex supplement for years to help support deeper sleep, muscle recovery and to help with my digestion. The formula includes magnesium bisglycinate, citrate, malate, taurate, gluconate, lactate, aspartate, succinate, orotate, and oxide, along with sunflower lecithin for the liposomal delivery. I appreciate that there aren't any proprietary blends, so you can actually see what you're getting. This product is made in the USA, is GMP certified and is lab verified.It's hard to say exactly how much better the liposomal form works, but I have been happy with it overall. If you're looking for a high quality magnesium supplement with a well thought out formula, this one is definitely worth considering. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it.
