  I Took Half the Recommended Dose which is Perfect for Me Since I get Plenty of Sun

  The first thing I noticed is that I received three bottles, each labeled with 120 capsules. They were all filled well. 360 capsules is a lot.I've been taking just one capsule, about 3-4 times a week, rather than the recommended two capsules daily. For me, that's still a substantial amount of vitamin D, and it fits better with my existing supplements that way and I already get plenty of sun. I had no issues.I've used quite a few Toniiq supplements over the years, and they are one of the brands I trust. Most importantly, they are made in the USA, which means less chance of contamination, it is third party tested, and has a Certificate of Analysis available. Those all speak to it's quality.I already take separate magnesium and zinc supplements, so while the amounts in this formula were not completely replace those, it did allow me to take a break from a couple of bottles without feeling like I was missing out.If you watch as many longevity channels out there as I do, you can definately get supplement fatigue, taking 20-30 capsules a day, and I know I'm not the only one.These were easy to swallow, and no stomach issues, no taste10,000 IU of vitamin D3 is a lot. It's great if you need it, but I am thankful I can divide it up, so that I can take just the 5,000 IU instead.Overall, this is another quality product from Toniiq.

  Solid Supplement Blend

  I picked this up to include in my daily supplement regimen. For a while, I've been taking Vitamin D, Vitamin K, and Magnesium -- but have been buying 3 separate products and taking separate pills for each. I really like that this includes all three of those supplements in a single blend. I haven't been taking Zinc or Boron, but I appreciate their inclusion in this product as well. At $20 for a 30 day supply (two capsules each day to get the noted doses), it's a good price; especially since it's replacing 3 different products I had been getting. They appear to be a good quality. The bottle was fully sealed, with both an outer clear wrap around the entire bottle, as well as a tamper-resistant cover over the container after you screw off the top. No strange odors, and the capsules themselves are all intact. I also appreciate that the expiration date is stamped in large lettering, so it's easy to read. I'll have no problem using it in the 9 months before expiration. From the date, it appears that is was manufactured fairly recently and hasn't been sitting around for months or years.
