    A must have for workouts, physical labor, sleep and recovery

    I've purchased this many times now and I love it. Knocks me out much faster than melatonin, seems to help digestion, and leaves you with a quick rebound for muscle pain and slightly improved mood in the mornings. It does cause some crazy vivid dreams, but not stressful ones, and for men, you will wake up umm...ready for the days action if you know what I mean. Over all a great purchase worth every penny. The bottle lasts a while so it's not something your constantly splurging on which is nice. You get more than enough to make it worth the money.

    Works Really Well

    I don't know what it is about the ingredients in this product compared to some of the others, but it works really well. I go to sleep quickly and wake up feeling rested. I tried using a different ZMA that has Boron in it, but that one did nothing. After 2 nights, I purchased another bottle of this.
