FAQs
Are these sippy cups safe for sterilization?
Yes, these cups are crafted from premium, heat-resistant materials that can be safely washed on the top rack of a standard residential dishwasher. However, prolonged exposure to high-heat boiling or steam sterilization is not recommended to preserve the integrity of the insulated walls and the decorative character prints.
Can you use these cups for warm liquids like warm milk?
These insulated training cups are specifically engineered and optimized for cool or cold beverages to encourage hydration. It is highly recommended to avoid filling them with hot or carbonated liquids, as pressure can build up inside the cup and cause accidental leakage through the spout.
Does the design on the cups fade over time after washing?
The vibrant Disney Princess graphics are integrated into the durable outer layer of the cup to withstand regular use. To maintain the crisp clarity of Jasmine and Snow White, wash them on the top rack of the dishwasher and avoid using abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemical cleaners during manual washing.
Are these genuine The First Years products available in India?
Yes, these are authentic The First Years items imported directly from the USA. Dropy India sources all personal care and children's essentials directly from trusted American distributors, ensuring you receive 100% genuine products delivered straight to your doorstep.
What makes the hard spout better than a soft silicone spout?
The bite-resistant hard spout is carefully engineered to support your child's developing teeth and can withstand chewing from toddlers. Additionally, the shorter spout length was developed alongside pediatric experts to mimic the natural sipping action required for transitioning to a regular open cup.
