    Good product

    For some reason my liver enzymes are elevated (nope, I don't drink alcohol) so I am taking these to assist my liver and help menopausal symptoms. I like the Thorne brand because the ingredients are quality and clean. I only take 1/day so that makes them stretch a little longer as they are a bit expensive. They are easy to swallow. Not big, but I don't have an issue taking capsules. I have only been taking them for a month. I have not noticed a big difference in energy but my menopausal hot flashes have decreased. Maybe if I was taking two I would feel more of a difference, I just don't want to put extra stress on my liver.
