    No Side Effects

    This is my first day using l-glutamine. I am taking this to make sure my gut microbiome is well. L-glutamine is also known to heal joint pain related to leaky gut. I have a few aches that I believe may have to do with my digestion. This is only "one" of several Thorne products I have purchased. It is my favorite supplement company. With this particular supplement, there is no bad aftertaste. In fact, there is no burping our negative reaction after taking this supplement. I usually have a reaction within a few hours of taking any supplements, as my body is very sensitive. I have never been disappointed with their products. I expect great results with Thorne and that is what I always get. As far as cost, I refuse to put a price tag on my health. The price is reasonable and the amount you receive is fair. I will post an update about the effectiveness, and how I feel, in a few weeks.
