    So far, so good!

    Started adding this in the past month and halfway through the bottle, and I am loving it. I do want to point out that I do focus on nutrition, I strengthening consistently and work out 4 to 5 days a week, due daily walks, and overall just try to take care of myself. If you're going to take supplements, try to do the work on nutrition and fitness as well. While I do not have crazy symptoms, I do feel like it has helped my mood, sleep, and I have even noticed my blood sugar, which can increase in perimenopause, menopause. I will try to report back the longer. I take this, but wanted to leave this review since there are not any on here. Zero negative side effects. I will keep ordering!

    Works

    Only being taking them for a month, although sometimes I forget to take them, and I have noticed a difference. I'm not waking up drenched in sweat and my husband says I'm about half as hot at night as I used to be, which has definitely helped him sleep. Works so well, im thinking about getting the melatonin supplements. The pills taste funny, but I Would still recommend trying
