  High standard Vitamin D + K2 that does the job!

  This is my favorite vitamin D to take. It's easy to use and carry on when traveling. It comes in a small bottle and provided metered doses of 1000 iu's of Vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of Vitamin K2.Taking it with food that contains fat is important for absorption so I take it with breakfast. I like that it's liquid and has no taste or smell. I can drop it onto a spoon or put in a smoothie and I can't taste it. Repeat bloodwork shows an increase in D levels so I know it's working. While it's a bit more expensive than other brands, it's worth the money and I'll continue to use this brand to help maintain my vitamin d level.
