  Long-Time Trusted Brand Adds FORTIBONE and FORTIGEL

  I've been using Vital Proteins collagen supplements for many years, because I experience and see measurable results. They've been effective for my skin, hair, nails, and especially joints. As I get older, I've been doing all I can to also support my bone health. I'm glad to incorporate this collagen complex formulated especially for bones and joints into my routine.This Vital Proteins bone and joints formula is currently twice the price of their basic collagen formulas. But this bioactive formula also contains Vitamins C, D3, K2; calcium; and hyaluronic acid, so I do not need to take those separately as I had been doing. Yes, it's expensive for the size, but I think it's worth it with the bioactive ingredients and the improvements I'm experiencing.I looked into FORTIGEL and FORTIBONE, and those bioactive ingredients have several studies and reviews in medical magazines and journals to back their effectiveness. I am impressed by the lab tests and medical research studies showing significant results. Just do a search on them to learn more. I do not like that Gelita, the well-established international company that makes both, does not disclose the exact amounts of each ingredient. They list ingredients, but not the precise amounts and proportions. I take other supplements, so it's important to me to keep track of what I am taking so that I do not take too much of a particular ingredient. That said, I've stopped the additional supplementation and will work with my doctor and blood tests to see what my body needs.I put this in my morning coffee. It dissolves easily and completely using just a teaspoon to stir it in. It is completely flavorless and unscented. I've noticed no negative effects from it. The jar was safety sealed and in good condition on arrival. My picture shows the jar with my own vintage Vital Proteins scoop that I've been reusing for many years.This formula has half the calories, 35, and half the protein, 9g, as their advanced formulas. I want 20g of protein a day and the skin benefits of their advanced one, so I take one serving of this bone and joint formula and a half serving of the advanced formula. This is working out wonderfully for me, and I'm loving the benefits

Protein and collagen are so important while losing weight, especially since I want to avoid excessive sagging or wrinkling, and so far this seems to be helping keep my skin feeling more resilient.The product feels high quality, mixes well, and I haven't had any issues using it. My only small wish is that it came in gummies, as I personally don't love powders or pills, but that's just a preference.   It really does work but it really doesn't blend

  I am a big believer in Vital Proteins. I use their regular collagen powder daily and have tried to go without and almost immediately notice joint pain coming back. Iw as excited to try the pro level collagen, and boy did it not disappoint. First of all, my joints were seriously juicy just after a couple of uses. I'm in perimenopause so generally when I've been sitting too long and I stand I am hunched over a bit and it takes me a few seconds to kind of straighten out and walk normally. When I took this pro level collagen, I was able to stand straight immediately after sitting for an hour. I didn't even realize it was happening until my husband noticed. It was pretty shocking.As effective as this is, it does not blend well. Hot or cold it just doesn't want to dissolve and that is super unfortunate because it tastes and smells horrible. I even tried using a hand mixer and could not get rid of all the clumps. So while I don't even notice standard collagen mix in my drinks, those with this one in it end up being more prescriptive because there seems to be no way to avoid the taste.It is an extremely expensive product, and this whole canister only lasted me a month so that is another drawback. I feel it is worth the money, but that doesn't mean it is affordable.
