    Helps me with sleep

    I take these 1-2 hours before bed time (Note: at breakfast or lunch, I take NMade D3+K2; these two combined were recommended to me for helping with sleep). The 5-HTP definitely helps and they will continue to be a part of my vitamin regimen (including the D3+K2).I have been taking them consistently for 3 months now, and my sleep patterns (combined with exercise and less alcohol intake) have improved considerably. Remember, it takes time for vitamins to work for most people, so give them (or any well rated, safe, vitamin) time to take effect.
