Start at the bottom of the handle, peeling the backing off the tape gradually. Wrap upward in a spiral pattern, overlapping the edges by approximately two millimeters. Cut any excess grip at the top at an angle and secure it tightly with the provided finishing tape.

What is the difference between a replacement grip and an overgrip?

An overgrip is a thin tape wrapped over your existing handle grip to add tackiness, sweat absorption, and extra cushioning. A replacement grip is thicker and is applied directly to the bare wooden handle of the racquet after removing the original factory grip.
