  Great sleep quality.

  I take this supplement regularly before bed with a glass of water and on an empty stomach. I have not had any negative side effects while taking this supplement at all. It's really helped me with my sleep quality as I'm usually just waking up and falling asleep until I need to get up for work.Apigenin seems to be really effective for sleeping. I'm surprised how well it works. I'm not groggy or feeling overly sedate. The dosage is 50mg and that is a decent size dose. The ingredients seem to be quality as are the bottle and pills.Given how effective it is for helping me sleep, I think it's an excellent value for the money. Anything that helps me with sleep is highly valuable to me.
