    Great for sleep, or stress/ anxiety!

    I love this brand specifically. I now get almost all my supplements by them. (These are in capsule form, and easy to swallow) The ashwaganda is great for me because have had anxiety and it helps to stay calm throughout the day. ~ I take it in the evening Definitely can tell a difference when take them, I sleep better, wake up more refreshed and have less anxiety the following day. Where as when I miss one in back in a crabby scattered mood . So I've got these now on a recurring subscription, So I don't run out. Great value and really good quantity! Highly recommend!!

    Works for me!

    These work very well for me. I trust Bronson supplements and have used them in the past. I am taking this specifically for anxiety and stress, and sleep. I've been taking one in the morning and once at night. In the daytime I can tell a difference in my stress levels and at night coupled with magnesium it's a great combo for helping my mind and body relax. I definitely get to sleep faster than normal. Its not a cure all but it definitely works for me and I haven't experienced any negative side effects though it does make me a little sleepy for a bit after I take the one in the morning. It's worth it to me for the calmness though.
