good combination of k2 and d3
i have been researching about bone density supplements for a while because standard calcium tablets give me mild stomach discomfort. read about how vitamin K2 MK-7 is necessary to direct calcium into bones instead of soft tissue so decided to give this a try. dosage is 2 tablets daily which is easy to follow with lunch. taking it for around 3 weeks now, so far no gastric acidity or issues. bottle container came properly sealed. slightly big tablets but manageable with water.

daily 2 tablet le raha hu khane ke baad. 2-3 weeks hue start karke, no stomach issues or anything. packaging bhi thik thi order complete aane me time nahi laga. fine product.
