    was so skeptical at first cuz online supplements can be hit or miss tbh. par my hair fall has actually reduced a bit after taking these capsules consistently for a month. biotin and vitamin c combo seems to work nicely for daily wellness n strength. packing was good too. glad I bought it 😍

Her nails are definitely stronger now and not chipping off as much. Only giving 4 stars because the capsules are a bit large to swallow easily, but otherwise solid vitamins.
