    pehle thoda doubt tha ki stomach upset karega ya nahi kyunki baki iron supplements se mujhe hamesha problem hoti hai. but ye ferrous bisglycinate chelate wala formula sach me bilkul gentle hai aur constipation ka koi issue nahi hua. 1 mahine se le rahi hu aur din bhar ki tiredness bhi kam lag rahi hai. highly satisfied.
