    box thoda pressed aaya tha delivery me baki seal inside was intact so kept it. pehle thoda doubt tha par ab 1 month se use kar raha hu vegetarian capsules hai toh suit kar gaya safely. skin aur general immune boost ke liye badhiya kaam kar raha hai.
