  Immune support supplement

  So I have been taking these for the past month and a week so around 5 weeks so far. This stuff advertises that its good for the immune system, joint health, and better energy levels. I have been active in going out to the parks and some very busy public places this past month and have not gotten sick so far. That's one indicator that this could be very helpful there. The other indicator is the wide temperature swings we experienced all in the past month starting with end of January all through February and beginning of March here. We had fluke freezing weekend temps that got into even the 20s Fahrenheit and then week later back into the hot 80s. This usually brings about some sort of cold sickness but I managed to avoid this. Another factor, is that I'm also eating well and trying to be more active so there's that. I don't have any actual science testing device to analyze the contents. I can just go by on my simple observations and human sensors. The bottle comes with 120 pills. So around a two month supply as its recommended to take two pills a day with a meal preferably. You can open the pills to spill the powder into something more drinkable but I find the pills to be easy to swallow. All in all not a bad value I would say.

  Histamine helper

  Bronson is a trusted brand for vitamins and supplements I've been using for over three decades. I was intrigued to read about the synergistic relationship between bromelain and Quercitin to help with histamine triggered allergies. It's interesting how mast cells and histamine work in the body and definitely worth some investigation to see if this supplement might help your health goals. I'm excited to have another quality Bronson product in my medicine chest.

  High quality supplement that meets all safety standards

  I start taking quercetin with bromelain in late fall every year, to boost my immune system and ward off sickness through the winter and allergies in the spring. I haven't been sick or had issues with allergies for years, so it seems to help. It can also be helpful for pain and stiffness, energy levels, and to support recovery after physical activity. I've taken supplements made by Bronson in the past, and they are a reputable and trusted brand. Mainly because their supplements meet all of the safety standards that I look for. They are third-party lab tested, which ensures the product contains what it claims on the label, manufactured correctly, and free of banned substances. They're also made in a certified GMP (good manufacturing process) facility, non-GMO, and made in the USA. It's important to take bromelain with quercetin, as quercetin is difficult for the body to absorb and utilize without it, and they work together to decrease inflammation. I've been taking this supplement for a month, and have noticed a decrease in my overall pain and stiffness, and increased energy levels. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day with food, which contains 500 mg of of quercetin, and 240 mg of Bromelain. That is right in the range of what practitioners recommend. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and have no aftertaste. I haven't experienced any adverse effects. This is a high quality supplement, and t's a good value, at the current price of $14.99, for a 2 month supply. Highly recommended.
