The combination works for me!I have been taken these supplements for a couple weeks now and have not noticed any negatives. They are Gentle on the stomach. I have not noticed anything or any upset. No Side effects so far.It is a very small round pill which makes it easy to swallow. And if you are looking to add this supplement or to replace one you have for this one you can't go wrong with how easy this one breaks down.Good find for those looking for this combination!
