    Working better than expected

    My mother's doctor recommended years ago and I was not feeling 100 so I decided to try this. Works well, taking for Vita D absorption and actually feeling a lot better daily. Shared a bottle with a family member and she also reports suddenly just having better days after about two months of taking.

    Best supplement

    I started losing teeth mass, but I've been seeing dentists regularly every six months. You would think I have the worst dentists. It turns out that I am sensitive to the polishes they use on teeth after cleaning, the numbing gels, the lidocaine, everything. I had strong teeth and they ruined them. I bought toothpaste that actually started helping me being less sensitive and now I decided to use the Vitamin K2 to actually rebuild the teeth. The mass is still missing but the feeling is very good. I do believe with continuous use the teeth will recover. I am taking 5000 IU of vitamin D3 with the vitamin K2. Before I could not take high dose of vitamin D either but right now, I have no problem. I still refuse any polish on my teeth, because the teeth are much stronger, and a lot less sensitive, in fact I don't feel any sensitivity right now at all. For example, cold water doesn't bother me at all.

    Complements Vitamin D3 Getting Calcium Where It Needs To Go

    I started taking this six months ago to supplement Vitamin D3 in transporting calcium out of the blood and into bones and teeth where it should be directed. Of course, I won't know its effectiveness until I have another DEXA scan in a year, but from what I have read it really cannot hurt, especially at the reasonable price. The capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow. I chose this brand from Bronson after reading reviews on the company and their product is made from non-GMO sources. Even though is may be too early to tell on the effectiveness, it certainly doesn't seem to be hurting. I've ordered several refills since my initial purchase.
