Pehle normal d3 le raha tha par result nahi aa raha tha. Tab kisi ne bataya ki k2 ke bina calcium body me sahi se deposit nahi hota. Phir ye combo dekha aur switch kiya. Bas ek tablet roz leni hoti hai d3 k2 mix wali, bilkul simple routine. Bone health feeling much better now. Sahi cheez hai 🙌
