  BETTER AGING SUPPORT/TRUSTED COMPANY!!!

  NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a fantastic better aging supplement! It supports cellular energy, DNA repair, boosts NAD+ levels, which may improve longevity and metabolic health. There is a lot of interest in this supplement for supporting longevity and a lot of literature widely available, so it's easy to get up to speed on what is known (a great idea for those new to it). CODEAGE is one of my ABSOLUTE favorite supplement companies because they do a lot of work in what I call the better aging space. They also make supplements that are proven to provide actual benefits, no snake oil with them. And they make supplements free of problematic ingredients! This one is liposomal for better absorption and is Vegan, non-GMO, gluten, soy and dairy free. This is also VERY easy to take. I put a scoop in my coconut milk, blueberry smoothie. The scoop is small, but the dose is potent and the powder is fine and completely dissolves without adding any off-putting taste to my smoothie. I can't recommend this company enough, I trust them for safe, effective supplements and, frankly, that is critical these days!!

  NAD+ precursors from a trusted source.

  I've had only positive experiences with CodeAge products, so I was excited to try this new NMN powder.I've been using Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride (the other popular NAD+ precursor) for several years and have had fantastic results with it. I decided to try a course of NMN to see if I can "feel" a difference.For now I will focus on the product itself rather than the expected results. If this works well, I either shouldn't notice anything, or should perhaps see a slight improvement since this is a slightly higher effective dose than my daily 300mg NRcl.NRcl is actually a precursor to NMN, so this supplement is one step closer on the NAD+ conversation chain than what I have been taking. The trick with both of them is to get it into your system as quickly as possible before it can be destroyed by the human digestive system - so a powder that can be mixed into a liquid with carbohydrates and drunk on an empty stomach is a good way to accomplish that.The CodeAge Liposomal NMN 1000 powder has a recommended daily serving size of 1200mg. The extra 200mg is mostly sunflower seed lecithin.The supplement itself is a fine white powder with flecks of reddish lecithin, and a 1200mg scoop is included.This product is packaged in the US with "globally sourced ingredients". I'll be reaching out to CodeAge for COA reports on my batch and will update my review based on what I find.For now, I'm pleased CodeAge has this product and I'm looking forward to seeing whether I can tell a difference.For now, recommended with the above caveats.

  Has little taste

  So far I like that the amount of powder you take daily is very small. Has a tiny cute little scoop. It says tasteless and for the most part it is. I could slightly taste it when I mixed a scoop with about 4 or 6 oz of my diet soda but it's very subtle. The taste is like what it's a derivative of, to me it tastes like a sunflower seed but again very subtle. This is my first time taking this supplement but I'm very interested to see what I think, I consider myself to be very in tune with my body and so I will be back with an update on my results!
