    Helps a lot if you're deficient in folate

    I recently found out I was defiant in folate. I did some research and learned that this product can help with low mood and even sometimes with anxiety along with fatigue. I figured I would give this a shot since I didn't have anything to lose. I'm about a month in and really feel a difference in my anxiety levels and I definitely have more energy!
