    Miracle drug!

    Well let's see.. I WAS CKD-3, my egfr was 40. After just two weeks on this product I am CKD-2 and my egfr is 60, so what does that tell you? It's a miracle drug what ever this stuff is!

    Hydrogen Water in a tablets - need clean water and empty stomach

    It works! I have more energy, no more snoozing my alarm clock 10+ times in the morning!My friend got a hydrogen water machine and he gave me some to try... it peaked my interest. Instead of investing in a machine, I decided to try these hydrogen tablets instead, because of short term cost and portability. I can take then when I travel. I bought these on the Codeage company site. I put the first tablet in a mug and quickly realized I can't see the tablets to check if it has been completed desolved, and the hydrogen water had a strong magnesium flavor. I now use a glass, and once the tablet is resolved completed, the water has a very mild salty taste. I put a mug cover on the glass while the tablet is bring resolved to keep help contain the hydrogen from escaping. Otherwise, it could reduce the ppm rapidly. I read possibly down to 3-5 ppm. Drink the water immediately. My research on hydrogen water indicated that the water needs to be free of chemical. I have a high quality water filtration system, or use distilled water. Drink the water on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before eating, or 2 hours after eating. When the stomach has food, the body would generate acid to break down the food which affects the effectivity of the hydrogen in the water. Therefore, do not mix the hydrogen water in drinks. I think the magnesium makes me a little sleepy. If you get sleepy from these tablets, recommend taking this at bedtime... 2 hours after you eat.

    hydrogen water supplement

    These tablets are an easy way to boost your water with hydrogen at home or on the go. Each tablet is sealed in the blister pack so you pop it out and drop into water. You need to drink it immediately, and I couldn't really taste anything different. I have this in a 17oz water bottle first thing on an empty stomach, and maybe it's just me, but I feel my appetite is more manageable throughout the day. I really enjoy this product but it's pricy so I wouldn't reorder.
