  Hydrated, Healthy, Defined 3B Curls

  Wow. Seems suited for ALL hair types….My 3B curls have never been easier to manage! The first wash duo for healthy defined curls that replaced most of my styling products making for a much simpler routine!!After 10 years and thousands of dollars on trial and error-1 year later, this is still my go to for textured hair cleansing and conditioning.Since beginning my natural hair journey over 10 years ago, after a lifetime of relaxers and keratin treatments, finding the right balance of moisture and protein without excessive frizz, crunchiness, flakes, or buildup has always been a challenge.Healthy hair starts from the inside out and I've followed Dr. Berg for years so I was excited to see a shampoo and conditioner made with quality "HAIR FOOD" ingredients I would actually choose for myself. After using this system consistently for 3-12 months, I'm genuinely impressed with the results.My curls feel more soft, hydrated and healthier with more movement and shine. The biggest surprise is how much I've simplified my routine... I no longer rely on multiple stylers, gels, masks, and treatments.For most wash n go's, I simply massage some Jamaican black castor oil into scalp and ends to lock in moisture (while my hair is still wet) distribute a dollop of CR rosemary leave-in conditioner for strength/definition. and style with my Denman brush.Time permitting, I finger spiral for more definition (base to crown), but curls chunk beautifully with denman. Air dry or diffuse upside down for added volume (love the Bellissima diffuser).The shampoo cleanses well without stripping my hair or leaving it feeling hard, while the conditioner provides adequate slip and excellent moisture retention for detangling and definition.Both have a pleasant, light, clean peppermint scent and a refreshing tingly sensation on the scalp. With dry, curly hair and washing only once or twice a week, each bottle lasts several months.If you have textured hair and looking for a cleaner, quality, more minimalist routine, this is definitely worth trying.There's no such thing as good or bad hair-only healthy or unhealthy hair.

  I feel better

  Bought the conditioner and shampoo on February 12th. It is now March 17th this is my product review of how it's going so far. Of course, I have been taking the hair vitamins, collagen peptides powder,and D3&K2 vitamins.I will try to include pictures. I believe that it has helped me so far. I like his products a lot I haven't used it as long.W e will see! I can put in pictures later of the process.
