Seems to be working well-helps with Restless Legs
Have been using about two weeks now and I'm so glad I got these-I was starting to have restless legs for the first time in my life and read up that this type of Magnesium should help. I noticed a decrease after about day 3-4, then much better by day 10 and will continue as needed to stave off that awful restless leg problem!
